Quotations are provided promptly and free of charge only after we have thoroughly
analyzed the text. Fees for translation are calculated on a per job basis, based on
a number of factors including:

1. Whether the translation is required in a camera-ready format.
2. Whether the source document is provided electronically.
3. The complexity and nature of the text.
4. The length of the text and the required turnaround time.
5. The language/s required.

When requesting a quote or placing an order, please send a clear copy of the text
to be translated. If similar work has been translated in the past, we strongly suggest
that you attach samples of both the original and the translated texts in order to
maintain consistency. Also, if available, by including a glossary of terms with their
previously translated equivalents, you will help us to ensure your translations remain
consistent.

If you only send part of the text, we can give you a firm quote on the translation of the portions we have seen. It's your responsibility to make sure that the part you sent us is representative of the entire text.
